Ep. 44: Lex battles Odin with Ifreet's Inferno Mode while Saturn faces destruction
Lex reveals Saturn relies on an unshuttable Gravity Pump. Dr. Yamano stops Jin from reaching Ban, citing a prior mission. Lex pilots Ifreet, equipped with Angel’s AI, against Odin. Ifreet shatters Odin’s shield and activates Inferno Mode, embodying Lex’s hatred, but Odin counters with Gungir. Ban joins as Jet Striker in Extreme Mode. Yamano initiates a self-destruct sequence requiring Odin’s activation. Ifreet’s Prominence Raid fails, and Ban pierces him, causing the AI to fire wildly from absorbed hatred. Odin defeats Ifreet with Lightning Lance and Super Plasma Burst. Ban helps Lex return to Eclipse. Lex shares a message about human reflection with Ban before pushing him to safety. Lex remains with the ship as Saturn and the Fairies are neutralized, protecting N-City.
