Jessica, Hiro, and Billy Stallion prepare for the Angra Texas title match. Hiro uses Perseus swords, while Jessica equips Jeanne D with one gun and a shield against Billy's Joker. The stadium clears of non-combatants. Billy targets Perseus, trapping Hiro in a minefield to force a one-on-one with Jessica. She misinterprets his interest, but anger at his focus on LBXs boosts her speed. Billy uses quick draw to destroy her terrain cover and shield. Hiro clears mines with Cosmo Slash. Billy wins the initial exchange, then faces Hiro. Hiro recalls lance fighting, turning Perseus into a lance to disarm Billy. After regaining weapons, Hiro's new speed overwhelms Billy. Hiro defeats Billy to become the Angra Texas champion. This victory grants Hiro automatic admission to Artemis, allowing NICS to form up to four teams.
