Weeks after the Paradise satellite destruction, LBXs return to being a hobby. A mysterious youth arrives in N City and initiates a rebellion using his LBX Vector. The NICS team is deployed to evaluate the threat. During the ensuing chaos, Ban, Hiro, and Ran pursue the black LBX into a subway tunnel. Vector contacts Ran, causing her Minerva Kai to go berserk and attack Ikaros Zero and Ikaros Force. Kirito uses Fenrir Flare to break Minerva Kai. The youth then reveals his name is Mizell.
