Ban, Ran, and Cobra pursue Hiro and Jessica to the subway, where Achilles Deed pilots the train. A mysterious LBX halts the train with sticky threads just before impact. Jin reunites with Ban, revealing his new customized LBX, Triton, lacks the M chip. Cobra fights Mongoose while NICS retrieves Kousuke. In Japan, Takuya faces stock crashes at Tiny Orbit, which is acquired by Crystar Ingram, installing Kawamura Muneto and ousting Takuya. Back in A Nation, Jin joins NICS and meets hacker Otacross. Otacross detects brainjacked computers operating below capacity and identifies a target in Shang-Pao, China. NICS deploys the Duck Shuttle to China. Meanwhile, Takuya informs Yagami of the Crystar Ingram and Omega Dain connection and accepts a mission assignment.
