Ep. 6: Libricide Officer Hal Kamhout and chained Flamberge investigate disappearances in a lakeside town.

Libricide Officer Hal Kamhout arrives at a lakeside town accompanied by Flamberge, who is restrained with chains, belts, and a chest lock while riding in a sidecar. They are hunting the Black Biblioprincess, but Flam’s attire and Hal’s unusual staff attract the attention of Mabel Nash, a local police officer. Nash invites them to stay until a traveling salesman arrives to provide gasoline. Hal states their purpose is to investigate multiple traveler disappearances occurring since the end of the war, suspecting the Black Biblioprincess’s involvement. As Hal begins to notice strange occurrences within the town, he starts his own investigation into the unsettling events surrounding the community.
