Kirihara, investigating a series of murders, attends the birthday party of her high school classmate Alice Wang, daughter of Hong Kong mafia boss Qing Long Tang. The event serves as a cover for an emergency board meeting regarding the deaths of several Qing Long Tang executives. Hei is present in attendance, disguised as a waiter. Alice, supported by the Contractor Wei Zhijun, eliminates the Qing Long Tang members. Kirihara subsequently finds herself targeted by Alice as the next victim on her list.
