Yin wakes from a dream featuring a glowing child-like figure to find Hei watching over her, where he promises protection. They reach Hong Kong, and Hei hires Chen to create fake passports for their continued escape. Yin objects to fleeing, arguing it is futile, and suggests luring enemies by spreading rumors that Hei intends to sell her. She believes they cannot outrun the Doll monitoring her. Although Yin’s attitude and the hidden threat worry Hei, he agrees to Chen’s setup. While Chen is out, Hei questions why Yin omitted the Doll’s existence, but she claims no memory of it. She expresses a desire to stay with Hei forever. Chen returns urgently, reporting that spreading the rumors attracted a dangerous group, yet Hei remains undeterred.
