Claude administers an unknown substance to Yin to accelerate her awakening by inducing instability. He contacts every secret organization worldwide, orchestrating conflict among them. The Chinese Secret Organization is the first target, purchasing Yin from him. Claude discards the payment out of a window. Hei appears with the body of the dog contractor who assists him due to Claude’s irrational decisions. They infiltrate a building, eliminating contractors along the way. Outside, multiple organizations engage in combat exactly as Claude had planned.
