Ep. 15: Takato joins the fight against Sandiramon while Guilmon digivolves to Growlmon.

Takato feels depressed because Henry and Rika have prior commitments that prevent them from going Digimon patrolling. His mood improves when he spends time with Guilmon and their school friends. However, the snake Deva Digimon Sandiramon attacks, forcing Henry and Rika to engage the enemy alone. Impmon intervenes to assist them and informs Takato that his presence is required. Takato and Guilmon then join the battle, allowing Guilmon to digivolve into Growlmon. During the short conflict, Growlmon defeats Sandiramon with a powerful Pyro Blaster. Before dying, Sandiramon warns that ten more Devas are approaching.
