Ep. 12: Chacha Investigates the Governor While HxEros Disbands Under New Laws
Following a new law enacted by the governor, Anno is arrested and HXEROS is temporarily disbanded. The Saitama Branch members continue their heroic activities independently, suspecting that a Kiseichu is impersonating the governor. Chacha possesses the unique ability to detect Kiseichu transformations, so she disguises herself as a delivery person to investigate the governor's true identity. Upon ringing the doorbell, the governor answers, but Chacha unexpectedly enters the residence. Retto and the rest of the team sense that something is amiss and follow Chacha inside. They discover that the situation is far more dangerous than anticipated, leading to a critical confrontation within the governor's home as the team works to uncover the truth behind the impostor.
