Chacha wants to stop the Kiseichuu from destroying humanity, and plots to escape the nest with Kirara. Retto and the team arrive at the nest and defeat the Kiseichuu one by one.

While merged with him, she visits the rooms of Maihime, Momoka, and Sora to stimulate their H-energy. Chacha then takes a bath with Kirara, causing Retto to become restless. The heat from Chacha’s powers is too intense for Kirara, who faints. Recognizing that Retto is in love with Kirara, Chacha takes control of his body. Upon ringing the doorbell, the governor answers, but Chacha unexpectedly enters the residence. Retto and the rest of the team sense that something is amiss and follow Chacha inside. They discover that the situation is far more dangerous than anticipated, leading to a critical confrontation within the governor's home as the team works to uncover the truth behind the impostor.
