Ep. 9: HXEROS Team Encounters Suspicious Sea Cucumbers at Beach Vacation

HXEROS headquarters grants Retto and his team a beach vacation, but their arrival reveals the shore is infested with suspicious sea cucumbers. Disappointed by the inability to swim, the group returns to their hotel, where they encounter the Tokyo Branch, who have arrived to exterminate the creatures. The HXEROS team assists the Tokyo Branch in the extermission efforts. During this interaction, Toma Taiga, identified as the sole male member of the Tokyo Branch, requests that Retto serve as his mentor. Toma explicitly states that he admires Retto, establishing a new dynamic between the two characters amidst the unusual beach situation.
