Residents in Saitama are increasingly oversleeping, causing tardiness at school and work. Chacha provides intelligence identifying Genmuchuu as the culprit. Retto and his team locate the entity's hideout at an abandoned radio tower. Upon arrival, Genmuchuu launches a surprise attack that traps the group in a dream world. Retto manages to wake up from the dream state. He then engages and defeats Genmuchuu, resolving the incident. The team successfully stops the cause of the widespread oversleeping problem affecting the local population.
