Shizuka initially agrees to study with Nobita, but she changes her mind and goes with Gian instead when he asks. Upset by this rejection, the crying Nobita complains to Doraemon about the situation. To help his friend feel better, Doraemon provides a special notebook. This magical pad has the unique ability to make anything written in it come true. Nobita uses this item to address his disappointment regarding Shizuka's decision to spend time with Gian rather than him.
