While Gohan fights Dabura, Vegeta’s eagerness to battle Goku draws Dabura’s attention, prompting him to leave and report to Babidi. Babidi discovers that Vegeta still harbors significant evil within his heart and uses his magic to manipulate Vegeta’s mind, successfully turning him to his side. To complicate matters further, Babidi transports the group to the tournament grounds. There, Vegeta remains fixated on his desire to defeat Goku and prepares to face him, even though innocent bystanders are present to witness the confrontation.
