Ep. 273: Buu absorbs Vegito but the fusion remains intact inside his body.

After absorbing Vegito, Buu realizes he has not gained any of the fusion's traits because digestion is incomplete. Inside Buu, Vegito remains separate, having used a barrier to avoid incorporation while shrinking via absorption magic. When the barrier is removed, Vegito splits back into Goku and Vegeta. Vegeta immediately crushes his earring to avoid permanent fusion, arguing that they will not need to fuse once they rescue their friends and weaken Buu. As they travel through Buu's innards, they encounter small green slime pieces that attack and completely cover Goku, electrocuting and paralyzing him. Suddenly, a giant worm appears, preparing to eat the immobilized Goku.
