The worms guide them, but Buu’s discomfort leads him to create a toilet, causing a surge that forces Goku and Vegeta to blast their way upward. They reach Buu’s head and encounter figures resembling Piccolo, Gohan, and Gotenks, who attack relentlessly. However, when Buu eats cake, these opponents transform into desserts, revealing they were merely his thoughts. Goku and Vegeta locate the real Piccolo, Gohan, and Gotenks trapped in cocoons, unconscious but alive.
