Ep. 24: Kyohei and Saburo return while Masaomi confesses love to Saki before eloping with her.

Kyohei and Saburo return, directing disguised Dollars members to beat the Yellow Scarves. A weakened Masaomi tells Mikado and Anri they are perfect for each other before passing out. They take him to the hospital while Celty chases Hourada, who escapes the warehouse. Hourada drives onto the freeway but encounters Shizuo, who destroys their car roof with a signpost. Celty returns upon learning this. Kuzuhara arrests Hourada and his gang. Anri confronts Izaya about causing their problems, wanting to kill him. Izaya escapes, claiming he is not weak for facing Shizuo. Walking home, Izaya meets Simon, who punches him in the eye after Saki revealed his actions. Izaya accepts the humiliation. At the hospital, Masaomi wakes to find Saki, and they confess their love. The next day, they elope, leaving Mikado and Anri alone. The Dollars revive, with Masaomi joining. The Blue Squares face internal issues, while the Yellow Scarves calm down. Masaomi and Saki leave on a train as Mikado and Anri watch from their school, hoping for his return.
