Ep. 21: Mikado visits Takiguchi while Masaomi rages and Anri is captured by Hourada

Mikado visits Takiguchi in the hospital, noting Masaomi’s absence. Takiguchi, having resigned from the gang due to its violence, questions Mikado’s membership, which Mikado hesitantly denies. Meanwhile, Masaomi is enraged that his subordinates disobeyed his orders. Mikado grows concerned for the Dollars as Yellow Scarves members threaten them and more Dollars quit online. Anri uses Saika to control gang members to investigate Masaomi, who eventually deduces her involvement. Hourada and the Yellow Scarves locate and capture Anri on the streets. Mikado later discovers her capture through the internet, adding to the escalating tension between the rival groups.
