Izaya’s plan places Chikage’s girlfriend in peril. Mikado hurries to intervene against the Dollars, which have spiraled beyond control, only to face a harsh truth. Concurrently, Akane returns to Shinra’s residence under Celty’s guard and reunites with Shiki. Although the disturbance regarding Akane seems settled, other developments unfold. Masaomi, remaining concerned for Mikado, arrives at a significant conclusion regarding the ongoing situation.
