Izaya's plot lands Chikage's girlfriend in danger. Mikado rushes over to try and stop the Dollars, now completely out of control, only to discover a grim reality. Meanwhile, Akane returns to Shinra's apartment under Celty's protection, and is reunited with Shiki. It appears that the commotion over Akane has been resolved, however...
