The Counter EX-ARM Squad travels to the Yokosuka Special Economic Zone to retrieve the EX-ARM belonging to Jason Mraw, the exiled former president of the Mwange Republic. Upon arrival, they encounter Elmira, an android serving Mraw, who arrives piloting a Bibot. She utilizes a mysterious ability similar to an EX-ARM, causing her targets to vanish completely. Akira and his squad find themselves helpless against this devastating power. Just as the situation seems dire, additional equipment dispatched by Shiga arrives at the scene, potentially altering the outcome of the confrontation.
