Ilyasviel deploys Berserker against the group. Archer engages Berserker in combat, allowing Rin, Shirō, and Saber to flee. During the fight, Archer defeats Berserker once after being battered into a hall. Ilyasviel expresses surprise when Archer uses her nickname, noting her continued mercilessness. Archer accepts his eventual defeat but aims to inflict maximum damage first. He activates his Noble Phantasm, Unlimited Blade Works, a reality marble. Archer successfully takes five of Berserker's lives before being ultimately defeated. Meanwhile, Rin's final Command Spell vanishes, causing Saber to collapse in the forest.
