An alien supply vessel intercepts and destroys U.S. jet fighters before landing on a liquid hydrogen tanker seized by Black Orchid. Recognizing the craft's near invincibility, Storm Force 9 constructs the Barracuda, a mini submarine designed to drill into the tanker's hull and inject explosives. The team races against time to detonate the vessel, successfully destroying both the tanker and the alien craft in the process.
