Rumors spread about the Vespa woman leaving marks on those engaging in perverted acts. Haruko follows Naota to the hospital, where she is revealed as a nurse, before moving into his home as a maid. Tensions rise over sleeping arrangements, leading Naota to discuss Mamimi’s feelings for his brother in America. Mamimi suddenly claims she is overflowing, causing a Medical Mechanica robot and a detached body part to emerge from Naota’s head bump. The mechanical entities engage in combat until Haruko intervenes with her guitar, ending the fight abruptly.
