Red Noah and New Nautilus engage in an aerial dogfight over Paris, causing severe destruction that includes the demolition of the Eiffel Tower. The conflict escalates into outer space, where New Nautilus fails to penetrate Red Noah's intact force field. The Nautilus launches the Gratan tank into the enemy vessel, allowing Grandis, Sanson, and Hanson to navigate the corridors using laser turrets. They locate the power plant and sacrifice the Gratan to disable the barrier. New Nautilus breaches the hull, enabling Nemo, Electra, and Jean to confront Gargoyle in a vast chamber. They find Nadia standing on a pedestal over two meters wide and a hundred meters above the floor, now under Gargoyle's control.
