Ep. 1: Nozomu returns to his hometown and encounters mistaken identity involving the Sakurazuki twins.

Nozomu returns to the town where he grew up before his mother died. He encounters twin girls he mistakes for his childhood friends, the Ichijou twins. After following them, he realizes they are not his old friends. When he attempts to help them after they lose a purse in a convenience store, he is falsely accused of theft. He later reunites with his caregiver, Miyabi, and the Hinagiku twins, who live with their pet goat Billy. The real Ichijou twins visit the house. As a transfer student, Nozomu meets the convenience store twins, who introduce themselves as the Sakurazuki twins. He also meets his teacher, Ai, and another childhood friend, Keisuke.
