With Valentine's Day approaching, the female characters begin preparing chocolate. On the day itself, the Ichijou twins confess their love for the protagonist. They are followed by the Sakurazuki twins, who also confess their feelings. Afterward, Kenmochi picks up the Sakurazuki twins and informs Nozomu that they are transferring to a different school.
