Invaders are attacking aircraft globally, with recent incidents over the Sea of Japan. Shun travels to Atsugi Airbase to assist a Shanghai branch agent who made an emergency landing while chasing an unidentified plane. He must help locate the Invader, though he remains unaware of the agent's true identity. Meanwhile, Ruriko and Konoe are assigned to secure Haneda Airport as paranormal frequency readings increase. Konoe’s secret rivalry with Ruriko begins but pauses when the Invader threat manifests in an unexpected manner. The agents must adapt to this unusual development to address the escalating danger posed by the airborne enemies.
