Touko Fukami has recently relocated from Tokyo and feels uncertain about her future in the new location. While at the station, she coincidentally encounters Kakeru Okikura. He invites her to visit the Kazemichi Cafe, where she meets Yukinari Imi, Yanagi Takayama, Sachi Nagamiya, and Hiro Shirosaki. The group decides to spend the evening together to watch the fireworks display that night. This encounter marks the beginning of her integration into the local community and her new social circle.
