Ep. 16: Banri confronts Kōko about her fears and their future after a car accident cancels their trip.

A car accident leaves Chinami with a bloody lip, damages the vehicle, and prompts police to escort the group back to the city. Upon arrival, Kōko is slapped by her father, resulting in the cancellation of their trip to Barcelona. The following day, Banri, Mitsuo, Chinami, and Nijigen meet to accept responsibility, with Banri feeling most at fault for failing to keep Kōko awake. He visits Kōko, who refuses to leave her bed, reflecting on her immature behavior despite being an adult. Banri advises her to grow up while staying true to herself. Kōko shares a dream where Banri leaves her for Linda if he regains his memories, fearing he will fall in love with Linda instead. Her father then enters, ordering Banri to cook ramen, before Kōko returns to bed.
