MI5 recruits Golgo 13 to kill Pamela, a radical PIRA member opposing the end of armed conflict. Catherine, a former cold-hearted terrorist and Pamela’s friend, now follows pacifist ideals after her son’s death. When Pamela kills a friend of Catherine’s, she hires Golgo 13 to assassinate Pamela to prevent further bloodshed, though she lacks funds. Golgo accepts the job anyway. Due to Pamela’s paranoia and a blackout curtain, he must shoot blindly. Catherine lures Pamela to a specific location to signal the shot. During their meeting, an argument erupts, and Pamela shoots Catherine. Golgo calculates Pamela’s position from the bullet hole in the window and successfully eliminates her.
