Travelers heading toward Experiment City halt at a hotel in Ska Village due to a relentless thunderstorm. Elie experiences memory triggers from the thunder and rests in a shower. Hotel manager Lasagna reveals the storm has persisted for five years. While her son Chino blames local frogs, the true cause is Go, a thunder controller. Consequently, Haru departs to battle Go, and Elie sets out to recover her memories, with both heading toward Thunder Mansion.
