Ep. 62: Hohenheim and allies counter Father's assault while Alphonse sacrifices himself to save Edward.

Hohenheim and others prevent Father from creating more philosopher's stones, but Father spawns humans resembling the people of Xerxes and attacks with a blast that destroys half the headquarters. Alphonse and Hohenheim sustain heavy damage protecting the group. Briggs Fortress soldiers and Edward's allies join the fight to deplete Father's stone supply. Father lowers his barrier to absorb Greed's stone, allowing Edward, Armstrong, and Izumi to damage him. Father creates a blast that traps Edward's arm and destroys his automail. Alphonse convinces May to help him perform a transmutation, trading his soul for the return of Edward's right arm. Alphonse rejoins with his body on the other side, and Edward frees himself to attack Father.
