Ep. 3: Hamatora Investigates Facultas Academy Scandal and Takahiro's Emergence
Shouko Itou hires Hamatora to uncover a scandal at Facultas Academy. Art confronts Professor Moral about supplying Nemcrois for research on non-innate Minimum Holders. Moral reveals his desire for a world where everyone has Minimum abilities and mocks Art for graduating without one. A monstrous figure attacks an Association meeting, revealing itself as Itou’s son, Takahiro, before fleeing. Moral hints he gave Takahiro his ability, prompting Art to vow arrest. Nice blames Itou for the change but decides to challenge Takahiro to test if his skills surpass natural Minimum Holders. Nice quickly defeats Takahiro. In the epilogue, Moral burns his facility and escapes Gasquet’s arrest. Itou’s assistant withdraws support for Moral’s research. Unperturbed, Moral turns his attention to Nice.
