Nice pursues the arrest of Moral, causing friction with Art, whose behavior shifts due to past trauma at Facultas Academy. Honey reveals Art’s brother died without awakening a Minimum, leading Art to force recognition. Teacher Three encourages Art to value his existing worth. Simultaneously, Nice and Murasaki intervene in a conflict involving a woman-abuser, prompting Nice to seek Art. Art confronts Moral near his brother’s grave. Moral expresses admiration for Nice and intends to grant all Minimum Holders Minimums to equalize them. After Art refuses this gift, Moral stabs him. As Art attempts to answer a call from Nice, he dies while disclosing a hidden truth.
