EP 1Nice and Murasaki investigate kidnappings while Birthday and Ratio protect Azuza from thieves.
Jan 8, 2014Nice and Murasaki accept job requests from Koneko to investigate college girl kidnappings and from Shinji Toyosaki to protect a safe. Simultaneously, PIs Birthday and Ratio begin a bodyguard assignment for client Azuza. Art assists Nice in deducing that kidnappers seek information, suggesting a link between the cases. Nice contacts Birthday and Ratio, who are attacked by a Gravity Minimum Holder forcing Azuza to reveal a code. Azuza explains she learned the code from the somniloquous Toyosaki patriarch. Realizing the kidnappers and thieves are the same group, Nice, Ratio, and Birthday arrive at the Toyosaki mansion as the thieves strike. Ratio and Birthday defeat the thieves, while Nice defeats the hired Gravity Holder during a confrontation with Murasaki. As police and Art apprehend the criminals, Art considers warning Hamatora about a serial murderer targeting Minimum Holders.
EP 2Nice and Murasaki investigate a serial murder case at Yokohamabane High School involving missing teacher Yasuo Kitazawa.
Jan 15, 2014Nice and Murasaki infiltrate Yokohamabane High School at the request of students Theo and Rei to find their missing teacher, Yasuo Kitazawa. Art later reveals Kitazawa was murdered in a burger restaurant and explains the ongoing serial murder case. Nice retrieves Kitazawa's phone from the scene, uncovering six photos of Theo's bullies that were allegedly leaked online. By tracing the IP address to Kitazawa's home, Nice deduces that Kitazawa used his Realism Minimum to transform descriptions of the bullies' actions into images, thereby boosting his own reputation. The Hamatora PIs connect these photos to recent serial bombings. Theo discovers his former bully, Kojima, attempting another bombing at the school using his Time Acceleration Minimum. Nice and Murasaki intervene to stop the attack. Art subsequently learns that Kojima and a Gravity Holder acquired their abilities artificially, requiring the brain of a Minimum Holder. Meanwhile, the serial killer admires his collection of brains.
EP 3Hamatora Investigates Facultas Academy Scandal and Takahiro's Emergence
Jan 22, 2014Shouko Itou hires Hamatora to uncover a scandal at Facultas Academy. Art confronts Professor Moral about supplying Nemcrois for research on non-innate Minimum Holders. Moral reveals his desire for a world where everyone has Minimum abilities and mocks Art for graduating without one. A monstrous figure attacks an Association meeting, revealing itself as Itou’s son, Takahiro, before fleeing. Moral hints he gave Takahiro his ability, prompting Art to vow arrest. Nice blames Itou for the change but decides to challenge Takahiro to test if his skills surpass natural Minimum Holders. Nice quickly defeats Takahiro. In the epilogue, Moral burns his facility and escapes Gasquet’s arrest. Itou’s assistant withdraws support for Moral’s research. Unperturbed, Moral turns his attention to Nice.
EP 4Hamatora assists in a commercial shoot while Art investigates minor gun crimes and a kidnapped Honey.
Jan 29, 2014Hamatora films a commercial to distract from Takahiro’s rampage, while Art and Minimum Holders Honey and Three handle a case. Honey accidentally swaps her briefcase for one containing totem poles at the airport. Art and Gasquet investigate minor robberies involving guns obtained through a threatening email predicting insurrection. Men kidnap Honey over the briefcase, prompting Art to recruit Nice for the gun investigation. Three rescues Honey, revealing the kidnappers smuggle gun parts. Nice links the crimes to an online video by Katsuragi Yuuki using subliminal messaging, unaware Moral manipulated him. Honey finds her briefcase with a smuggler, discovering the totem poles hold gun parts. Art uses Honey’s prediction to help police foil the insurrection. Later, Art and Nice find Katsuragi murdered, with Nice suspecting the mastermind despite lacking Moral’s connection.
EP 5Hajime and companions visit a hot spring inn while Nice investigates a cheating boyfriend.
Feb 5, 2014Hajime wins a hot spring trip with Koneko and Honey. Nice and Murasaki accept a job from Arata Hasuda to track her suspected cheating boyfriend. They meet at the same inn where Ratio, Birthday, and Three are also present. Thieves controlled by Hasuda, who uses sweat to attract men, attack the inn. Insulted by the criminals, Hajime fights them with her Minimum and wins, but Hasuda escapes. He intended to capture the crown prince of Abachahat to force Japan to reinstate his lover as an idol. Police arrive, and the manipulated criminals admire Hasuda’s desire. He attempts suicide but is stopped by Hajime. Nice and others discover Hasuda used an artificial Minimum. Meanwhile, Gasquet kills a man while searching for data.
EP 6Ratio and Birthday investigate the kidnapping of their friend Chiyu while confronting a serial killer.
Feb 12, 2014Chiyu is kidnapped while working for a western artist, prompting Ratio and Birthday to investigate the case involving their childhood friend. Simultaneously, Minimum victim Moral kills another Minimum, leading Nice to suspect Art is hiding information. Ratio and Birthday interrogate Misty, a friend of the victim, without success. Birthday is abducted by someone seeking Misty, prompting Ratio to search for them. They recall how Ratio’s ability to foresee deaths caused him to isolate himself, yet he remained friends with the ill Birthday. Ratio rescues Birthday and Chiyu, discovering Chiyu’s manager is the mastermind. The manager, possessing an artificial Minimum, fights Ratio until Birthday intervenes. Nice and Murasaki arrive to capture the manager. The group learns of his artificial Minimum, and Nice informs Art that he knows the serial killer is Moral, who is using Gasquet’s form.
EP 7Art's Tragic End and Moral's Distorted Vision of Equality
Feb 19, 2014Nice pursues the arrest of Moral, causing friction with Art, whose behavior shifts due to past trauma at Facultas Academy. Honey reveals Art’s brother died without awakening a Minimum, leading Art to force recognition. Teacher Three encourages Art to value his existing worth. Simultaneously, Nice and Murasaki intervene in a conflict involving a woman-abuser, prompting Nice to seek Art. Art confronts Moral near his brother’s grave. Moral expresses admiration for Nice and intends to grant all Minimum Holders Minimums to equalize them. After Art refuses this gift, Moral stabs him. As Art attempts to answer a call from Nice, he dies while disclosing a hidden truth.
EP 8Nice and Murasaki investigate a sleep drug while Theo competes in a triathlon.
Feb 26, 2014Moral adopts Art’s mannerisms to answer Nice’s call. Nice and Murasaki accept a job locating the maker of a drug causing eternal sleep. They meet Theo and Rei at the beach, where Theo argues with a gang and proposes a triathlon to settle it. Nice uses Theo to lure a dealer to the manufacturer, who is revealed to be the client’s brother and has overdosed. Theo demands Nice join the race as compensation. Murasaki converses with the unconscious dealer, noting their shared feeling of being overshadowed. The rival gang hires Honey, Three, Birthday, and Ratio, but they are quickly disqualified. Murasaki joins the rivals to challenge Nice one-on-one while bringing the comatose man to watch. Nice wins, but the dealer wakes to argue with his brother. Meanwhile, Moral and assistant Momoka begin a surgery.
EP 9Three protects orphans while Nice and Murasaki hunt him amid a burning orphanage crisis.
Mar 5, 2014Three assumes guardianship of orphans after Moral removes him and Honey from a murder investigation using Art’s disguise. Nice searches for Moral’s allies but fails to confirm their alignment. He and Murasaki are tasked with capturing Three, who is revealed to be a former mercenary. To bypass media surveillance at the orphanage, Ratio and Birthday smuggle Honey inside fruit. Honey learns Three raises the children as self-punishment for past killings, believing revenge is not a sin. Angry, Honey joins him to teach the children that revenge is wrong. That night, Nice and Murasaki encounter soldiers led by Minimum Holder Helenlee Masayoshi, who admires Three’s past but despises his current state. While Murasaki and Honey protect the kids, Nice and Three defeat Masayoshi, who activates a gadget to burn his soldiers and the orphanage. Honoring a promise to Honey, Three prioritizes saving the children over killing Masayoshi, evacuating them from the fire. In the epilogue, Moral gathers a group to start a revolution.
EP 10Moral exploits Three's rescue to hunt enemies while Takahiro seeks help from Hamatora for his body.
Mar 12, 2014Moral utilizes the chaos from Three's rescue to dispatch followers who kill personal enemies using their Minimums, while his assistant Momoka leaks Facultas data. Takahiro visits Hamatora to request a cure for his altered body due to a Black Cosmos incident in prison. Nice declines the job, but Hajime agrees to help via a diet, with Murasaki assisting despite Nice's reluctance. As societal fear of Minimum Holders grows, Momoka exposes the addresses of those discriminating against them, causing unrest. This discrimination leads to Three and Honey losing custody of the orphans. Ratio and Birthday attempt to rescue Chiyu, who is also targeted for her powers. Nice considers contacting Art but is puzzled by new items in his office, while Moral is spotted nearby and Momoka visits an unknown person.
EP 11Nice and Moral visit Nowhere Café while riots escalate and Essence origins are revealed.
Mar 19, 2014Nice and Moral go to the Nowhere Café as street disturbances increase. Nice thanks Honey for helping him find Moral and asks about his actions toward Art. Moral explains that Essence is extracted from innate Minimum Holder brains to unlock new powers, aiming for a world of equality, which Nice partially supports. Meanwhile, Ratio treats Chiyu, and the police ask Honey and Three for help with riots. Moral reveals his plan to save Nice by making everyone equal, a notion Nice mocks. Murasaki fights Minimum Holders, and a tank attacks the civic center. Moral threatens Koneko to leave Nowhere, promising to fight Nice later. Takahiro and Hajime go to the civic center to protect Takahiro’s mother from Minimum Holders. Takahiro mutates again to fight them, emerges victorious, and receives thanks from his mother. Watching this, a saddened Moral causes Takahiro’s body to explode, angering Nice, while Hajime unleashes an unknown power.
EP 12Hajime defeats a Minimum Holder while Nice battles Moral who uses Hibiki's power.
Mar 26, 2014Hajime neutralizes a Minimum Holder before collapsing. Society fears Black Cosmos attacks, prompting Birthday, Ratio, Honey, and Three to target Moral's allies. Gasquet encounters Momoka after she watches the battles. Murasaki fights Moral's remaining subordinates while Nice confronts Moral aboard a ship. Moral reveals he unleashed a Forbidden Minimum Holder on himself, overwhelming Nice. He explains that he captured Hibiki to torment non-Holders. Murasaki attempts to assist Nice but is defeated. Theo and others send support messages, annoying Nice. He eventually overpowers Moral, whose body deteriorates from holding two Minimums. Art appears, kills Moral, and aims a gun at Nice.
