Ep. 47: Seiji's Attack at the Shrine Leads to a Final Confrontation on the Red Planet

Blue, Mirage, and PhanPhan observe from the Pikari Shrine as the Pretty Cures travel to the red planet. Seiji attacks them, prompting the group to try reminding him of his identity so Megumi can reach him. They crash land, where Red explains that Seiji can only be freed through his death or Megumi's. Megumi resolves to fight him one-on-one, having understood his feelings. She breaks through his attacks to confess her gratitude and love, reaching his true emotions. This allows the Cures to destroy Red's crystal and purify Seiji. Enraged that love overcame hatred, Red vows to destroy everything personally.
