Megumi and Hime attend a local festival where Hime spends her allowance but makes new friends. The girls visit Iona Hikawa, who predicts a terrible future for them. Oresky, a Phantom Empire commander, targets Megumi's friends and creates two Matsuri Saiarks, catching the Cures off guard. Cornered by the monsters, Cure Fortune appears and defeats them alone. She then warns Megumi that she is better off without Hime, claiming she cannot be trusted. This episode marks the 10th anniversary of Cure Pine.
