On the way to Megumi's house, the duo performs various good deeds, including cleaning litter, treating an injured puppy, assisting a lost child, and encouraging a man to propose. After sharing pancakes with Megumi and her mother, Hime reveals that her parents were trapped in mirrors by the Phantom Empire. Megumi explains her motivation to help her frail mother, which drives her altruism. Hosshiiwa exploits this nature to lure them into a trap, attacking with a Mole Saiark. He claims Megumi's actions are merely self-satisfaction, but Hime defends her genuine desire to help. Hime breaks the Saiark's hold, allowing them to defeat the monster. Megumi thanks Hime for supporting her beliefs. This episode marks the 10th anniversary of Cure Happy.
