Ep. 3: Finn rescues a kidnapped boy who is revealed to be High Card member Leo during a firefight with Nix.
Finn intervenes when two men, Jake and Carter, kidnap a wealthy boy to avenge their father’s factory closure. After police arrest the group, the kidnappers’ sister Nix breaks them out. Nix uses her 7 of Clubs power, Lethal Scoville, to create flames and capture Finn and the boy. Finn frees himself using a stolen key and traps the brothers under scrap metal with his Nambu, but Nix melts his bullets. Chris arrives and throws a suitcase containing one million dollars to the boy, who is revealed to be Leo, a High Card member. Leo uses his 7 of Diamonds power, Never No Dollars, to swap the cash for a bazooka that defeats Nix. The resulting explosion topples a scrap metal idol, but Finn saves Leo from being crushed. The following day, Finn learns Leo is the son of the Pinochle President and head of the Old Maid office. Leo delivers Nix’s card to Owen while his father ignores him.
