Finn takes a client from Chris at Pinochle, causing Wendy to arrive late. Chris later explains job rules to Finn, emphasizing that Wendy must not get drunk or draw her sword. The next day, Wendy recalls her father’s advice and arrives on time. During a bank robbery, Chris is shot protecting hostages but revives using his card’s power. Wendy arrives to help, using her Ace of Spades card to summon Love and Peace. She defeats the thieves with her sheathed sword, but one thief, revealed to be the Player John Doe with the 4 of Hearts power Agent S, takes Vijay hostage. John Doe splits into four clones, trapping Wendy. Remembering her father’s words, Wendy unsheathes her sword, allowing Love and Peace to take over. Love and Peace defeats John Doe but then attacks the High Card members until Finn knocks the sword from her hand, putting Love and Peace back to sleep.
