That night, Rias visits his room to lose her virginity but is interrupted by Grayfia Lucifuge, who mocks Issei. At Kuoh Academy, Riser Phoenix arrives to propose to Rias. She refuses, angering Riser, who mocks Issei’s harem dream and strikes him with a piece. In response, the Gremory and Phoenix clans organize a ratings game to settle the conflict between the families.
