Ep. 7: Rika’s cryptic warnings and Shion’s confession lead to missing persons and a terrifying phone call.

Rika reveals she knows Keiichi’s actions during the festival, offering to protect the "little kitty cat" by alerting the "big dogs" to his lack of malice. She hints at Mion’s anger toward Shion and warns Keiichi about the "dog" who bit the village leader. That night, the village leader disappears. Shion admits to confessing her role to the leader, believing Oyashiro’s Curse struck him because he promised to help. Fearing for Rika’s safety, Keiichi, Rena, and Mion visit their home only to find both girls missing. Keiichi speaks with Detective Oishi, whose account of the leader’s final hours contradicts Shion’s story. Shion has been absent since the festival. She calls Keiichi, who confronts her about her true identity, hearing only maniacal laughter before the line goes dead.
