Kenshiro confronts Uighur, the Warden of Cassandra, within the prison courtyard. Uighur initiates combat using his Taizan-ryuu Soujouben style, but Kenshiro successfully ties the whips in knots. Uighur then counters with his Taizan-ryuu Senjouben attack, temporarily immobilizing Kenshiro and knocking him into the graveyard. Although it appears Kenshiro is defeated, he recovers and ultimately defeats Uighur, sending him into the grave originally prepared for Kenshiro. With Uighur dead, the City of Wailing Demons, Cassandra, falls silent.
