God's Army launches a comprehensive manhunt for Kenshiro. To draw him out, the search team begins randomly executing innocent bystanders. Ken chooses to allow himself to be captured so he can infiltrate their training facility. Once inside, he confronts and defeats the army's drill instructor, Sergeant Mad. This sequence highlights the extreme measures taken by the organization and Kenshiro's strategic decision to sacrifice his freedom to reach their inner operations and eliminate a key military figure.
