Kenshiro and his companions reach a village where locals are enslaved by Madam Patra, who controls the water supply from her castle. After defeating her guards, Ken confronts the sorceress, but she vanishes in a bright flash of light. Ken then investigates the area behind the castle and finds that the lake has completely dried up.
