After recovering, Raoh challenges Koryu to a death match to test his strength and wins. Koryu's sons attempt to assassinate Raoh, but he easily defeats them and spares their lives. Meanwhile, Zengyo informs Kenshiro and Toki about Raoh's plans. Kenshiro and Toki engage in a fight to determine if Toki is strong enough to defeat Raoh, with Kenshiro emerging victorious. Despite this loss, Toki prepares for a death match against Raoh, accepting his fate to die as a martial artist while facing the other adopted son of Ryuken.
