Kenshiro reaches the Holy Cross Mausoleum to observe Shu undergoing a slow, painful public execution by Souther. Toki and Raoh also arrive at the location to witness the confrontation between Kenshiro and Souther. As Shu reaches the peak of the pyramid, he miraculously regains his eyesight and sees the now-adult Kenshiro before being crushed to death by the apex stone.
