Chairman Netero conducts individual interviews with the nine remaining examinees: Gon, Kurapika, Leorio, Hisoka, Hanzo, Pokkle, Gittarackur, Bodoro, and Killua. He asks each candidate whom they wish to fight and whom they wish to avoid. Following these discussions, Netero reveals the bracket system that will determine the matchups for the upcoming tournament among the survivors.
